How It Works

The Fling workflow follows a straightforward process:

• Access Control or Milestone Service - detects an event (e.g., door access attempt, alarm, or system notification).

• The event is sent to a server, which processes it and generates an alert.

 

• The server forwards the alert via email (restricted to whitelisted addresses only).

 

• Fling converts the email into an SMS and delivers it to a configured contact list.

 

This architecture ensures secure and uninterrupted message delivery, even when internet access is unavailable on the recipient’s side.
