PTZ Pattern Recording and Playback for the XProtect Smart Client

The PTZip™ Plug-in provides PTZ pattern recording and playback capabilities to the XProtect Smart Client user environment.

The PTZip™ Plug-in is ideal for situations where Smart Client operators need to keep track of multiple points of interest on a single PTZ camera. Patterns can be adaptively recorded, saved, named, and replayed. Patterns do not require user interaction to stay active, and PTZ eliminates the need to manually program patterns and presets.

Patterns are shared across Smart Client workstations, eliminating the need to record patterns individually for each monitoring station.

The PTZip™ user interface is simple and intuitive. Select a pattern and PLAY or STOP at will. The user can record and name a new pattern, which then becomes a pattern to select from the playlist.

PTZip™ features include:

• RECORD PTZ patterns adaptively and "on-the-fly" as security needs change.
• PLAY previously recorded patterns with a simple click.
• SHARE recorded PTZ patterns across many workstations.
• NAME patterns for quick access and easy understandability.

The PTZip™ plug-in is self-contained within the XProtect Smart Client interface. No separate Management Server plug-ins required.

With PTZip™, forget configuring and maintaining a complex set of PTZ presets and patrol patterns. Just hit "record", move the camera where you want it to move, and click "Play".
