"SUP" is Software Upgrade Protection ... an annual subscription which entitles the end-user / software licensee to the latest release of a given software package. This subscription is highly recommended, as each new release may contain: new application features and/or fixes, new security features, updates for Windows compatibility, or updates for integration compatibility.
The MSRP for SUP is twenty-percent (0.20) of the base package / license price.
Discounts are applied to multi-year "SUP" purchases, at a rate of one additional percent per additional year ...
- 1-year price = Base Package Price x 0.20 - 3-year price = Base Package Price x 0.18 - 5-year price = Base Package Price x 0.16
