Fling (SMS Gateway) - set up the service

Fling is a reliable SMS gateway developed by App-Techs for fast and secure message delivery. It’s designed for access control systems, video management platforms, and any application where instant notifications are critical.

The Fling workflow follows a straightforward process:

• Access Control or Milestone Service - detects an event.
• The event is sent to a server, which processes it and generates an alert.
• The server forwards the alert via email.
• Fling converts the email into an SMS and delivers it to a configured contact list.

This architecture ensures secure and uninterrupted message delivery, even when internet access is unavailable on the recipient’s side.

Fully customizable schedules. Administrators can define what times of day and which days of the week messages are delivered.

Notification-specific rules. Each type of event can be configured with its own distribution logic.
