App-Techs presents Video Analytics & Access Control at Tech Talk Live
May 7 and 8, 2019 - App-Techs exhibited and also gave dual presentations on the latest developments in AI Video Analytics and Access Control technologies at the 2019 Tech Talk Live Conference", hosted by IU13 (Pennsylvania Intermediate Unit 13). The event is one of the largest gatherings of school IT professionals in Pennsylvania.

The EasyVA server includes advanced AI detection software that can accurately detect people, vehicles and objects while evaluating attributes such as quantity and color. The software also has advanced intrusion detection, facial recognition, license plate recognition, and people / vehicle traffic counting capabilities.
Dan Fritsch (App-Techs) and Brian Steigauf (IU 13) co-presented a lecture about network-based Access Control systems that integrate with both the surveillance system and a district's Active Directory to provide a comprehensive and centralized security management system.
