Spotlight™ Smart Client Plug-in

Spotlight™ triggers color-coded bounding boxes around live camera cells and user-defined, alarm-specific audio announcements in the Milestone XProtect Smart Client. Color bounding boxes and audio alerts are triggered in real-time by either exact or partial keyword matches for any incoming XProtect event and/or alarm message.

Spotlight™ provides additional visual and audio cues as to the type/nature of alarm received. Easily select your own color palette to indicate alarm type, severity, priority, location, or any other category. Event and or alarm keywords can be paired with text phrases that will be read aloud when an event or alarm is received.

Ideal for Smart Walls and other heads-up displays where operators monitor video without direct contact with the Smart Client. The duration of the bounding box and thickness is easy to adjust, or you can simply click on the camera cell to clear. Audio announcements can be set to repeat at intervals to ensure an alarm is not missed.
