App-Techs offers two types of Maintenance programs for Telephone systems.
The Extended Warranty is simply a guarantee that if a piece of hardware fails during the warranty period, then the hardware will be replaced. This warranty does not cover the labor associated with replacing the part or restoring system settings.
Full Maintenance guarantees that if a piece of hardware fails during the warranty period, then the hardware will be replaced. This warranty covers the labor associated with replacing the part and restoring the system to its originally programmed settings. This warranty also provides additional services such as priority support with guaranteed response time, telephone support, once / year software upgrade and access to our customer portal (coming soon).
