You may try the Video Sentry for 10 business days, from the day you receive it until the day you ship it back to App-Techs.
The evaluation period includes full technical support!
Here is the process ...
Step 1 - Apply for Credit
Contact the App-Techs Accounting Department at 717-735-0848 or admin@app-techs.com to obtain a credit application.
Step 2 - Submit Purchase Order & Signed Evaluation Agreement
A purchase order for $250 must be submitted in order for your Video Sentry to be released.
This purchase is non-refundable.
Refer to the "How to Buy" page for instructions on where to submit your purchase order.
Step 3 - Return System
At or by the end of the evaluation period, you will ship the product(s) back to App-Techs, in the original packaging,
using the pre-printed shipping label supplied by App-Techs.
Terms & Conditions
You (Customer) agree to the following:
10-Business-Day Evaluation Period - You agree to accept the system and any in included accessories for a period of 10 business days from receipt
for the purpose of evaluating the system for viability of use within your organization.
Accept Full Responsibility - You accept full responsibility for the product(s) while in your possession and agree to either
- (a) purchase the products
- (b) return the products promptly to App-Techs in clean condition and free of defects or damage,
in original packing, including all accessories and manuals.
Prompt Payment if Product(s) Not Returned - You agree to make prompt payment at the specified price for any product(s) that,
in the sole discretion of App-Techs, are not returned as agreed within the specified period.
Ownership of Product(s) - The product(s) shall remain the property of App-Techs Corporation.
The You are not authorized to change, reconfigure or in any way modify the product(s) without the written consent of App-Techs Corporation.
Return Shipping -
At or by the end of the evaluation period, you will ship the product(s) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied by App-Techs.
Prompt Payment if Product(s) Damaged - You accept invoices and make prompt payment for any missing component(s) or costs of repair for damages to product(s) received for evaluation.
No Reverse Engineering - You are not evaluating the system for the purpose of reverse engineering or otherwise stealing some or all elements of its design.
Limitations of Liability - You agrees to indemnify and hold App-Techs Corporation harmless with respect to
any injury to person or persons, or damage to property, arising out of your use of the product(s).
Under no circumstances shall App-Techs Corporation or its affiliates be responsible to you
for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product(s).
