Your Video Sentry(s) can be ordered through App-Techs at any time.
Below are descriptions of the terms and conditions that apply to the Video Sentry line of products.

Turn-around Time
We ship all in-stock orders in 1 to 3 business days.
However, many systems may be custom-configured, and the configuration process may be scheduled across a few additional days.
If your need is urgent, we will make every effort to expedite your order.
Quotations
Price quotations are good for 30 days.
Prices are otherwise subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
All orders with a Pennsylvania shipping address will include Pennsylvania sales tax,
unless you provide us with an exemption or Pennsylvania resale tax form prior to the sale.
Sales Tax is applied based on the shipping zip code.
Minimum Orders
There are no minimum orders. However, a $10 handling fee will appear as a line item on orders less than $100.
Delivery
Shipping
Unless otherwise pre-arranged, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground (about 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location).
Other shipping "speeds" are acceptable:
- UPS orange - 3 days
- UPS blue - 2 days
- UPS red - 1 day
Delivery shall be F.O.B. shipping point (Lancaster, PA).
Accordingly, title and risk of loss shall pass to you upon pickup by the shipping carrier.
Shipping cost is based on weight and distance and will appear as a line item on your invoice.
Insurance
All orders whose value exceeds $100 will be accordingly insured. The cost of such insurance will appear as a line item
on your invoice.
Local Pickup
If applicable, you may pickup your order. In order to insure that the appropriate personnel are available to assist you,
please contact App-Techs at least 1 day prior to your intended pickup.
Orders are available for pickup between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday though Friday.
If necessary, we will gladly make our best effort to accommodate your schedule if you
would like to pickup your order but you are unable to visit during the standard hours.
Payment Terms
Unless you are an established customer with credit terms, all sales require prepayment in full.

Payment Methods
You may pay by Company Check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Wire Transfer.
United States funds only. C.O.D. orders are not accepted.
All Credit Card orders are subject to a 2.50% finance fee. This fee will appear as a line item
on your invoice.
Wire transfers must be arranged prior to any sale, and are subject to a $20 handling fee.
This fee will appear as a line item on your invoice.
Note that wire transfer payments may take 3 to 5 business days to clear.
Your order will ship when the payment is verified by our bank.
A record of the transaction from your bank is not sufficient to release an order.
Returns Policy
App-Techs only accepts complete and undamaged returns in their original packaging.
Such returns are only authorized through the use of an RMA (Return Materials Authorization).
An RMA must be assigned by App-Techs. Contact the App-Techs Accounting Department at 717-735-0848.
The product must be returned complete and undamaged in the original packaging and with all
original accessories (including detachable parts) in order to receive the applicable refund.
Incomplete or damaged returns are only partially refunded.
In the case of incomplete or damaged returns, the establishment of the refunded amount lies with App-Techs.
Per the assigned RMA, App-Techs will dispatch a carrier to the original shipping address (unless otherwise determined).
You are responsible to prepare the returned item(s) for shipping prior to the scheduled pickup date.
A 15% Restocking Fee, and any shipping costs, will be charged on all orders that are returned, with the exception of:
(a) The received parts are defective or damaged when you receive them and the damage is registered with the carrier upon receipt.
(b) We shipped you the wrong items relative to what you ordered.
